Founder & Director
Vasily is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in Indonesia’s real estate market, business development, and sales. He founded VillaNaBali, the first Russian-owned real estate company in Bali, which later grew into a luxury villa management firm and was acquired by Southeast Asia’s largest villa operator in 2018. After contributing to the business development of Seven Stones Indonesia, he now leads Seacrest Real Estate and Seacrest Consulting, bringing deep industry expertise, a strong marketing background, and years of coaching experience within the Tony Robbins community.

Head of Real Estate
Nabilla has developed a strong understanding of Bali’s property landscape through extensive hands-on experience and close observation of evolving market trends, particularly across the West Coast from Pererenan to Kedungu. With a strategic and client-focused approach to property sales, she is known for guiding buyers through informed, well-structured decisions, ensuring each opportunity is assessed based on location value, development potential, and long-term property viability.

Riri is a dedicated Copywriter with a diverse background spanning business education, entrepreneurship, and real estate.
